Hi @aportugueseaffair, we might be able to help! Can you confirm what site you migrated from and to, so we can see if we can spot the missing followers?
Also, I’m assuming these are Jetpack followers, not followers for a third party newsletter?

Hello. We migrated http://www.aportugueseaffair.com/ to a test domain(grfkz.tk.feprntkeoj-dv13xjer56gq.p.runcloud.link) to make some changes and moved over again to http://www.aportugueseaffair.com/
Yes, those are jetpack followers and all our “all time” stats disappear too

Hello there,
Followers and stats wouldn’t be removed as a result of a migration but may just not be present.
Have you changed domains at any point when conducting these? Even if it’s something as simple as http://aportugueseaffair.com/ to http://www.aportugueseaffair.com/ or even a change in http to https.
This will help to determine next steps.

Hi. Im not quite sure..at some point, it went to the test domain and back to the original domain. But im not sure about changes on www or http/s

Hello there,
Ok, it looks like there may be an identity crisis with Jetpack afoot here which can happen after a migration as described.
We’d recommend reaching out to Jetpack support here: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ to untangle that.
I hope this helps thus far.

Hi. thanks but didn’t help much since I still don’t know what happened or how to get it back.

Just reach out to Jetpack support at the above URL and point them at this forum thread to explain what is going on. They should be able to help you sort it out.
