Lost all Plugins and Data when renewing wordpress.com plan

When renewing wordpress.com plan and renewing the domain, many of my plugins got disconnected and the site looks very different. The Jetpack plugin kept the old version but 1. I can’t restore it for some reason and 2. The plugins used in that page are disabled. This is really frustrating, so it would be great to hear a solution to this.

Hey there @speechsurrogatesodss5410, when you repurchase the Business Plan, you should have an option to restore the previous site from backup. If that isn’t working for you, can you reach out by chat for help? https://wordpress.com/help/contact
