Lost an access to my website

  Hello, I lost access to the original email account that owns my website gerliinerin.mn.
  
  Because of new google policy that the google mail that was registered was deleted and i currently have the editor access to the website

  I currently have access to the site as a user, but I am not the administrator.

  I can provide proof of ownership (domain, content, identity).

  Please help me recover or transfer ownership to my current account.

  As you have a paid plan, simply use the Transaction ID to restore access – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#transaction-id

  The transaction ID was sent to the other email that was deleted and that’s why i am having an hard time trying to get my Admin access back, I don’t know who to contact to get my problem solved

  you can retrieve a transaction ID from your bank or PayPal statements

  Thank you very much, I emailed the screenshot of the transaction and also explained my situation in the email. I also did fill the recovery 3 days ago but still didn’t receive any response yet.
