Lost an entire page of text

I added a featured picture to an existing page and now the text is totally gone. is there a way to recover it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

it’s ridiculous that i’m having to use a forum for answers that could be solved by a single support person.

Hopefully the text is all saved in a previous revision. There are some instructions about it here…
https://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/page-post-revisions/…But those screenshots don’t match what I’m seeing. So here how I found revisions of a post:
Go to your All Posts page:
https://wrcnt.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.phpFind the post you want, hover over it, click Edit.
When your post loads, look to the top right where it says Publish. Look down a bit and you’ll see a clock with Revisions next to it. Hopefully your text is still in one of those revisions! When you find it, click on the Restore This Version button to get the text back.
I wish I could blacksmith things,
Jason
