Lost Backup Code and Can’t Receive SMS for Verification Code

  Hi! My friend still knows his username/email and the password associated with his free WordPress account. However, he cannot log in into his WordPress account because he forgot his backup code, and he cannot receive any SMS message for verification code because his phone number was expired. As a result, he cannot make use of the Account Recovery Form. Is there any way he can still log in into his account? I hope for your response and aid. Thank you.

  To get help with their password issue, your friend must send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com using their account email address.
