Lost backup code and phone to login two-step authentication

    My country (Vietnam) has changed the first 4 number of the phone number (from 0163xxxxx99 to 033xxxxx99) and I forgot to change it in my settings so now I cant receive text message to log in.
    So sorry but I lost the backup code too. I only have the e-mail for the account I am trying to log into (trachlam.wordpress.com). I still have access to the e-mail address and can reset my password but it still asks for an SMS code that goes to my old phone number I can no longer access.

    Can you please disable 2FA or send me a code? I have already changed my password, but can’t log in.
