  Unfortunately, this is a known bug. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/missing-post

  Scroll through those threads and see if the suggestions there work for you. In the meantime, till the bug is fixed, subscribe by email to your own posts, since they seem to go out as emails just fine whether or not they post. Do not EVER use the New Post button on the grey admin bar, because it’s associated with this issue. And if you write long posts, use an offline blog editor like Windows Live Writer.
