Lost blog?
-
I somehow created two blogs yesterday with the same name (empoweredvitality.wordpress.com). I deleted one and posted on the other one. This morning when I try to access the one I posted in it’s saying that it’s no longer available and that I deleted it yet 2 people liked my post yesterday and someone started following it it early this morning. How do I find my blog? I only have the two blogs showing on when I go to my blogs category. My old onl and one of the empowered vitality blogs. Before I deleted one it had my old blog and two empowered vitality blogs?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your current two blogs at http://findingmyholisticself.wordpress.com/ and http://empoweredvitality.wordpress.com/ .
I’m sorry, but deleted blogs cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a blog is permanent and the name cannot be used again.
There are several warnings about this on the Tools -> Delete Site page and in the help pages, and you are required to confirm the deletion by email. More information is here:
You can start a new blog by logging in to WordPress.com and then going to this link:

Yes I read that and understood it, but when I created my Empowered Vitality blog somehow two with the same name were created. That’s why I deleted one……
-
Also I was able to post a blog after I deleted one of the copies. I’ve also recieved notifications since then that a few people liked my post and one person is following my blog?

I’m sorry for the confusion. It seems it was a duplication issue on our end. The blog has been restored under a different name (http://empoweredvitality2.wordpress.com/)
As far as I can see the blog http://empoweredvitality.wordpress.com/ and http://empoweredvitality2.wordpress.com/ hold the same content.

Okay, thank you. I created another blog as I thought that one was messed up. For some reason again that one has a duplicate. Now I have way too many blogs when I go to the my blogs section. How do I get rid of the ones I don’t want there without loosing the one you guys restored as it’s too messy and confusing now?
-
I renamed the duplicate blog so it’ll be distinguished from the rest.
You can see all your blogs listed at: https://empoweredvitality.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

Yes I can see that it’s named differently but it’s very messy and unorganized with the other blogs there now. I want to know how to get rid of them without losing the one I’ve posted on. I’ve already read how to permanently delete a site. Is a site different from a blog? Last time I did this it deleted both the duplications so I’m concerned about losing my blog again. I’m trying to set this up for business and it’s proving to be challenging.

Is a site different from a blog?
Yes, in this case it’s the same. You don’t have any duplicates now so deleting one site won’t affect the others.
You can safely remove these two as they don’t have content. If you want I can also do that for you.
