lost blog and can't seem to find how to recover it

  I somehow clicked the wrong button opting out of the webpage where I had written quite a lengthly post on the dashboard of my wordpress account when I clicked back to finish the blog – the entire blog was gone. Am wondering can I get this back please? Can you help me? I have tried things but to no avail.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
