Lost blog posts

  I’ve lost some very valuable blog posts from May-August 2014. I know that I published around 15 posts with both images and text, but now for some reason all but 2 are gone!
  Any ideas what might have happened to them or how they can be retrieved?

  The only way this may happen is accidental deletion of posts, or your login getting compromised.

  Do certainly change your password to something more complex and secure.

  There’s no way they were accidentally deleted. I hadn’t logged into the blog for over a year so they were left untouched. I guess it could be the login, but why would someone delete all but 2 posts…

  I was actually thinking that it could be due to an issue with wordpress itself. Maybe they had some problems and old stagnant posts got deleted.
