lost blogs
-
Hi there, I have two old blogs that I’d like access to! They are: baroqueberryblossom and roberta.jsgs. I need them all for classes, and my next class is beginning tomorrow… any advice? I’ve tried all my school emails, and reset my password but when I go into my account it says I have *no* sites at all. I’m so confused. Help?

Hi there, what are the full addresses of those old websites? Is it possible that you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are using to post to these forums?
Once we know the exact addresses we can point you in the right direction for support.

I’m not sure – I thought it was this account but it says I have no sites. I don’t know what other email I would have used – I’ve tried putting all my other emails in wordpress with “lost password” but it always says “there’s no account associated with that email”… I’m really confused. The blogs are: https://baroqueberryblossom.wordpress.com/ and https://robertajsgs.wordpress.com/.

Hello again, robertajsgs looks to be connected to the username account
nogoodnotesbut I’m not sure that baroqueberryblossoms is connected to that same account, but there’s no baroqueberryblossom username.First, completely log out of this account and then, if you still have access to the email address you used to register your site, you can reset your password following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/passwords/#lost-password
If you don’t remember which email address you used, you can try all your known email addresses in that form or if you had email notifications of new comments on your sites, you could try leaving a comment or filling out a contact form on that site and then see where the email notification goes.
Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following this support guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Give the account recovery team as much information as possible including any relevant email address.
Let us know how that goes.
