Lost both password, and former mail account.
-
Ok, here’s my problem: A few months ago I lost I lost my hotmail account, due to a problem with a virus or a hacker that used my account to send spam. I haven’t been writing in my blog recently, so I didn’t change my wordpress profile immediately. After all, I still had my WordPress password. Recently, I’ve had problems trying to log in, and so, I can’t write in my blog, or administer it. I need my password, (or a new one, I don’t mind), but I cannot receive it since I no longer have my old account, where the mail would be sent; and I cannot change my e-mail direction in my profile, because I can’t log in without my password.
I even had to create a new WordPress account in order to write this. My real username is missingdormouse130802, my old hotmail was [email address removed], and right now, doesn’t exist, so if admins tried to contact me that way, they’d check that I’m not trying to steal anyones’s blog. New direction is William: [email address removed]
Have I lost my blog definitely, and will have to copy all of the entries to a new one, or is there any way to fix this?
Please, admins of the page, show mercy T_T. -

@annakravets: If you have the same problem, then it’s the same answer timethief gave previously. You’ll need to contact support when the form reopens on Monday. It will be at support’s discretion if they’ll give you access to someone else’s username.

@annakravets – does your colleague still work at the company? Have you tried the Lost Password option with a user name and see where the reset email pops up?
