Lost Categories – Can’t Restore

  I deleted the parent category “uncategorized” so that I could organize my categories the way I wanted. Bad move. Now nothing shows up, although I’ve created 8 Categories. I even reinstalled the widget. HElp! nothing shows up.

  The reason you don’t have any categories showing is because you don’t have any posts. You can’t have empty categories. Write some posts and give them categories and then the widget will start to fill up.
