Lost Ciustomized Default Skin

    I have WordPress loaded in a shared hosting environment. I had someone skin it for me and they modifed the default theme. When I upgraded to the newest version – the theme went back to the original theme. If I would have stopped long enough to think I would have realized that would probably happen. What do I need to replace to get the cusotmized default theme back? Thanks in advance for your help.
