Lost client password

  Hi there,
  The company that I work for is trying to update one of our client’s websites and the password we had from the client is not working. We had used the forgot password function but it was sent to one of our staff’s emails that does not work with us anymore and her email is disabled. What are our other options to receive the lost password?
