  I have lost the comment balloon on 2011 theme how do I get it back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can see the comment balloons now. Seems this problem is sorted.

  Admin would have disabled comments temporarily which is why the balloon may be missing when you checked.
