lost comments

I have changed a post into a page, by creating a new page, and deleting the post, but then, I lost the comments relating to it. can I retrieve the comments back, or find them?

Did you get sent email notifications of the comments?

The the only other possibility I can suggest is to see if you can find a cached version of the post on google.

Sorry, people, I DO have notifications of all the coments at my email account. How can I do now to put again the coments in that ex post which was converted to a page now?

You might need to create the comments yourself if you’ve already deleted them. Just copy and paste all the information into new comment boxes. I can’t think of any other way.

Yes, you copy-paste the content as comments of your own. Then you go to “Comments” in your dashboard and edit the name and the date.

Thank you, sweet hearts, I´ll try and after I tell you if resolved. I don´t want to put them as coments of my own, in the hole context is very important that the coment´s name appear.:)
