Lost Complete Access to my WordPress Website – Don’t know where to go from here

    My website, jeavalos.com, hosted by reclaim hosting, has become completely inaccessible from my wordpress account. This is the account that I had initially created and edited my wordpress site on. Now when I go to ‘My Site,’ the site is gone. I need this site back to complete my school work. If you could help me get it back I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi there,

    From what I can see the site jeavalos.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
