  Hello,

  I have lost contact with my managing plateform linked with my website https//lateliereditions.fr This is the reason why I am connected using “essofalam”.

  I have already tryied to recover my password using the link “forgot password” ==> never received the emaisssssssssssssl.

  i also tried

  * functions.php
  * emergency.php
  * backdoor process
  * https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
  * and the other with 4 last visa digits, amount and so on

  All this never worked. I need help to recover my “gestionnaire” there is two websites in it, I paid for both and am just desperate to recover my WPspace.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  hello,

  I paid via my Visa, there is no ID on the bank documents.

  The only think I can communicate I think is the address of the other website and the topic of it.

  I can make a scan of the bank report also it says the date, the amount and “‘
  wordpress”
