Lost connection to WordPress.com when changing server

Hi,
I lost connection to Jetpack when changing server and all installations are saying ‘unknown token’. Disconnect, deactivate, uninstall not working. How to manually reset token?
Or what is the correct process?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
