  I had to switch web hosting sights and lost all of my content. Is there a way to recover my content?

  There is no content to speak of here https://redelephantsneakers.wordpress.com/

  See this if you are referring to another active wordpress.com blog https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  However, if you are referring to a blog you deleted the answer is no. There is no means of restoring content.

  That is an active blog. My web host screwed up and cancelled my web hosting package by mistake. I did not delete the blog, I lost my web hosting. My content has to be out there somewhere.

  I’m not an expert and may have completely misunderstood, but as you’re mentioning web hosting, are you referring to a wordpress.org blog? Rather than wordpress.com? I thought that all wordpress.com is hosted here on wordpress.com. In which case, maybe you had a wordpress.org site (and are hoping to move it here to wordpress.com) and need to ask in that forum. Here
