lost content

    Guys, I wrote to WordPress support five times. It seems there is no such thing as a WordPress support team. Please help.
    This is my problem:
    I bought the domain name mihneaurs.com in 2015 from bluehost. This domain was my blog hosted by WordPress. But in december 2017 I forgot to renew my name payment to bluehost and the domain name expired and went public again. I then bought it again, this time from namecheap.com
    OK. I filled the nameservers NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM so the DNS should know what my IP is.
    The thing is that I cannot reconnect my domain name with my actual WP page. My page disappeared. when I type mihneaurs.com it says IP address could not be found.
    What must I do? Is my WP blog lost? Is my page content gone forever? Do I have to reconstruct another page from scratch?

    Oh and another thing. I don’t know what mihneaursdotcom.wordpress.com is. That is not my blog nor my domain name. My blog is mihneaurs.com

    Hi ursmihnea,

    Your site mihneaurs.com was never hosted by us (WordPress.com). You have been using the self-hosted version of WordPress and hosted it at Bluehost. When your domain expired, your hosting expired as well leading to the disappearance of your site. I suggest contacting Bluehost as they were the one that hosted your site along with your domain.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For any help with a self-hosted WordPress site you need to ask at the WordPress.org forums:

    Hi notesmantra1,

    Your site is not hosted by WordPress.com. It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
