Lost control about users in my site. Urgent help needed.

    The users format (https://mccev.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php) is only showing one user and me, when there are others now that are active users and had posted something. But worst than that, I invited as a mistake a user I don’t identify as a member of the group, and as a second mistake I accepted him as a user: (puma111). Posibly can be one of the invited persons using another id or email, but I don’t know who is him. As he doesn’t appear in the list of users, I don’t even know what email he has to ask him, and I can’t block him as a user as long as I can’t see him in the users list. What can we do to solve this? Can you give me control of the users list? Can you block puma111 while this is solved?
