lost control of blog

  I had a word pressblog for about 2 years and today trying to log in a message came up saying the blog is private and I need to contact the owner by email for permission to view the blog. I clicked to send an email to the owner (me) but an email didn’t come through. Looks like the privacy settings have changes but I didn’t do that? What can I do now?
