  I lost control over my accounts. I can’t find my billing info anywhere, but Ion my bank statements I see that I pay $ 99 per year.

  My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  You can also use wpchrg.com to find the charge and contact billing if needed.
