  That site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com, but is using the open source version of WordPress, hosted at Hostgator.com.

  The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on Hostgator’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.

  Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.

  For more help with this, you can also ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums, though I recommend you try Hostgator first.
