  Hi
  I tried the upgrade trial and decided against it after the 14 days. It cancelled this but also my custom design upgrade. it says i still have this on my upgrades page but the colours on my blog have changed to the default and I am not able to change them back without upgrading to the premium plan. Please can my custom design upgrade be reinstated.

  I don’t believe that’s possible. If were possible then we (tens of thousands of us wordpress.com boggers) could all register a 14 day trial free day and do CSS editing on our blogs and then cancel the trial.

  What happens if I remove Customize?
  All upgrades on WordPress.com are renewed yearly. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, your custom fonts, colors, and CSS will no longer be applied to your blog.   Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! When you cancelled the Premium trial, for some reason your existing Custom Design and No Ads upgrades were deactivated. I just fixed those up for you so they are working again.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.

  Woke up this morning to see the custom colours are gone again, my top menu is completely screwed and I have a default banner image at the top which cannot be changed back to my one no matter how hard I try. I am running a sponsored post today and this is not what I need! Please can you sort this issue out for me.

  I can’t believe this! What’s going on? I lost part of my custom designs and my site looks terrible!

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble with your site’s customizations — our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations to your site’s appearance. We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.

  If any of your site’s customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save those customizations now.
