Renewed June 1, renewal deadline June 2. Today is June 5.
Looked fine until today.
Please restore the custom features that were in place.

The credits are now in your account so you can purchase the upgrade without having to pay again.

Very confusing…I purchased the upgrade on June 1. It showed in my account as paid on June 1. Why would I need to purchase it again?

Funny thing, this happened last year when I renewed too. Is these some kind of renewal glitch for customers who do not adhere to automatic renewals?
