Lost Dashboard Access to update website

    Hi there I’m having problems accessing the control panel/dashboard/logging in for the site www.http://incolourandlight.com that I created using the Poloray Theme Designed by InkThemes.com. When I login using my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), username caroflav, I get into a dashboard that has an old site no longer in operation — http://www.colourfull.com. I cannot find my old login details though I’ve searched my Gmail account—any ideas much appreciated. Merry Christmas, Caroline

    Hi Caroline,

    Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/.
    If you don’t have a username at that forum, you’ll need to register before posting.
