Lost data when changing appearance

  I’ve changed my appearance by clicking the activate button in my appearance section and I’ve lost all my data? Where is it and how do I get it back or go back to previously working appearance?

  Figured out that it was on static until I checked the link use your latest posts… It worked…. Thanks
