Lost Domain

    I paid for a domain last week with unlimited information on how it all works. I was told to cancel and re-register on bluehost. I did that. My refund has not been processed but my domain name is no longer available. Please help

    Hi @dineostyled, I confirmed your refund was processed, and I also confirmed the domain was cancelled. Refunds and domain releases can both take a few business days, though. I would give it another day, then try registering the domain at Bluehost. Also if you don’t see the refund after a few more days, please check with your bank or card company; sometimes refunds can get stuck in routing.
