lost domain

I purchased my domain name through you years ago (the registrar is wild west domains according to who.is). Since then I did a guided transfer (in August of 2014). At this point, I’m trying to access my site. I’m not able to. I not even able to access my admin page. I believe that I need to reconfigure my DNS settings to point to my wordpress.org site. However I’m hitting a wall…called wild west and they won’t give me access and directed me back to wordpress. Has anyone run into the same issue/what do I do? I’m concerned that the domain registration may have lapsed despite the fact that I believe I was on an autorenewal. Can someone help me sort through this/advise on next steps?

Our records show that the last renewal payment for theprettydish.com was on 2-18-2015 and thus it expired on 2-18-2016.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.
A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive. The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal, plus the $80 late renewal fee. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.
Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again.
