  I need to redeem my expired domain, but I do not have access to the email where the renewal notifications were sent.

  If this is the domain then we are sorry to help you out because domain registrar is Wild West Domains, LLC and they can only help you out with redemption of this domain.

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started. I should also note that as your domain has been in redemption for more than 30 days it’s permanent deletion at our registrar can happen at any time, in which case we’ll no longer be able to recover it.

  Renewal reminder emails are sent to both your WordPress.com account email address listed at https://wordpress.com/me/account/ and to the admin contact email address you provided when registering the domain. If the WordPress.com account email is no longer valid, please update it before replying to this thread, as I can only send the payment link for the domain redemption to that address.

  The domain, kristinunderwood.com, is registered with us. Wild West Domains is the registrar we use, and they will NOT be able to help the user with this, as their reseller agreement with us makes us responsible for the support of these domains. If you were to search the forums for “Wild West Domains” you’ll find many threads that explain this.
