Lost domain

Hello there,
I bought domain and one of your plans few days ago. After concern I decided to cancel only the plan and got refund. From now on I cannot find the domain I made, no billing history, no mails, nothing showing that my domain is paid and I can use it. No matter of that, I tried to make new domain other way and now the domain name I want is not available.
Can anybody, please, help me?

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that ramiprint.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @ramiprintc805c4b556 login.
