Lost domain from domain list after name server for few days

    Hi.

    It’s weirdo when immediately lost the domain from domain list without a reason. Anyways, before few days a god I just did the nameserver the domain khmerfeed.me to other platform.

    Now I don’t khmer where is my domain at?

    Please kindly help. Thanks

    I have checked your account, and it looks like your WordPress.com Starter plan, along with the khmerfeed.me domain, were canceled. This is the reason why you are not able to see the domain anymore.

    Yeah, I canceled the plan. However the platform still charge me the domain price for 17$/year.

    Logically, my domain should be available for a year.

    I imagine it might be a bit confusing but I will be happy to clarify.

    The domain is free for the first year only with the annual plan. If you cancel the plan within the refund window but keep the domain, the domain cost will be deducted from your refund.

    In your situation, you received a refund of US$31.00, but the domain charges were not refunded.

    That said, we will be happy to help you restore your domain since you’ve already paid for it, just let us know :)
