Lost Domain on WordPress.com

    Hi,
    Our charity site was hosted on wordpress.com and we had purchased a domain. We were several years on the premium plan. Unfortunately, through a change in our organization, the payment was missed and the site reverted to free. This means we lost our domain. The ownership has been transferred to the current Communications Committee and we wish to pay for the plan again. If we do so, can we be guaranteed we will retain our Domain? It is currently locked out from us and we have users unable to get import information about our charity during this difficult time.

    What’s the domain name you’re referring to so I can find the status of it?

    Please note that if that domain is registered through us, we’ll need to be contacted by the person who manages that WordPress.com account that owns that domain.

    The domain is playingandlearningtogether and I (@ronanod) am now the official owner.
