"Lost" draft

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, I think I’ve just lost the draft of a post I wrote yesterday, plus three more drafts I had written a few days ago. They all just disappeared and no, they had not been published by mistake.

It’s not the first time it happens, I was afraid it had to do with a maximum of draft pages I had unawarely reached, but I wrote another draft just to check and this one did not disappear.

Is there any way to have my draft back? Thanks.

    Hi,
You can check all your drafts by going to My Sites -> Blog Posts and then selecting the Drafts tab.
Additionally, each time you click Save Draft or Update, a revision is saved. To view your revisions, go to your WP Admin -> Posts and the hover over a post and click Edit. When you access the editing view of your post, you’ll notice in the Publish section on the top right corner, an option that says Revisions, click Browse to access them.

Thank you so very much, that gave me a lot of information I didn’t know! I still can’t find the missing drafts, though, anything to do with a wrong saving process, maybe? Thanks again.
