  Blog name: http://www.richardconlin.wordpress.com

  I thought it was autosaving but wordpress did not capture any of the revisions in the last 3 weeks (when I look at the revision history).

  Thank you — were you leaving the post open over the past three weeks and just editing periodically, anticipating the autosave to kick in? If you’ll send more details we’ll see if we can figure this out.

  Yes exactly as you said, leaving it open and editing periodically.

  I wouldn’t be surprised if the connection times out after so long. How long had you had it open and editing before it stopped saving your drafts?

  I had it open for 3 weeks, editing it off and on throughout that time. So I guess that’s what happened then. Any way to recover it??

  Hi there,

  Looks like that due to connection timeout (by leaving the draft open for too long) your edits were never synced to WordPress.com and therefore cannot be found in the revision history.

  Can you please let me know when you last edited that post so I can further investigate this?
