Lost Draft Posts

  Hi,
  I’ve been working on a post for a few days now, and have saved it every time I’ve left wordpress, multiple times each time I’ve written. But twice now, when I come back, my edits did not save, and it didn’t even recognize that I updated the draft. It’s listing the wrong date under “last edited…” and my hours of work have been lost. I’ve worked both on the main dashboard screen, and the distraction free mode when this has happened. I have been using a PC, internet explorer. My last edited and saved draft was yesterday, June 17, and I am not seeing it. Is there any way to recover my work??

  Always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at
  Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New
  The auto-save works there.

  Do not create posts here > http://wordpress.com/#!/post/ where the autosave is not working.
