Lost e-mail and no ownership proof

hello, I had a blog with a differrent e-mail address which I can not remember as I was a child then and I guess the adress totally is deactivated (11 years old) and the blog is totally embarassing for me. Only thing I remember is my username and also I can provide the birth month and date or some personal details about the site I had. I have no ownership proof to provide and I really need to access my blog and make changes or at least deactivate it forever. Please, help, my future depends on it

@staff-totoro i tried to fill this form, but as I already mentioned, I have no proof to check the box in the list, so I can not complete it.
I’ve seen such cases here when staff members provided service such as making the blog private.what about that? -
