Lost e-mail, cannot log in

  Dear WordPress Team,
  I am writing to ask for help regarding this blog:
  https://shampionite.wordpress.com/
  I made it for a friend years ago and can no longer log in or reset the password as we do not know what e-mail we registered it to. We tried every possible e-mail we have, but it has been so long – it is none of the ones we are still using.

  It is a blog about my friends work and the contacts and services offered are no longer the same. This creates a big confusion as people are calling her old workplace to book hours etc…

  Please help me recover and update the blog.

  Unfortunately I cannot provide any of the listed authentication requirements…
  transaction ID – we made it for free
  activation URL or key – no e-mail
  two factor authentication codes – no e-mail

  The only thing I can provide is proof that the person whose blog this is is the same through Facebook accounts:
  https://www.facebook.com/vera.dogramadjieva
  https://www.facebook.com/Grooming-Studio-Vera-1472690132861080/
  Her e-mail is listed there: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  My hope is the account can be switched to this e-mail, as she has access to it.
  She doesn’t speak English or use computers much, but I can take it on from there, as long as we can log in.

  I have tried filling the Account Recovery form several times, but as I cannot send any authentication I don’t think the form is even forwarding anything to you.

  I understand, but we can’t grant account access with out the proof of ownership items listed on the account recovery form:

  Could you at least tell us what e-mail the account is linked to, so we can try to recover that?
