lost elementor plug in??

    Hi When I went to reinstall the Elementor plugin I received the following message:
    ‘Destination folder already exists: /web/sites/user/0/127/202736/public/www/wp-content/plugins/elementor/ Plugin installation failed.’

    I also noticed there is an updated version of WordPress now available for your site – but the site is displaying the following notice about your site’s PHP:
    You cannot update to the new version of WordPress 5.2.1 because this requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are still running version 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.9.
    Can anyone help please?

    It sounds like you are using WordPress.org software with another host:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
