Lost email access to one of my accounts/ website..

  Hi
  I’ve ( unfortunately) got several WordPress sites and they have different sign in emails – one in particular I cannot access except on an old iPad that has the sign in email and password automatically in its memory – I’d LOVE to be able to put all onto one account, have one password etc. How can I do that please?
