Lost email account in company merger.

(Please bare with me while I give the context for this complicated issue.)
My name is Jonas I work a company named ‘Creatief Schrijven VZW'(Creative Writing Non-profit) we are based out of Belgium.
My Position with the company is IT-Manager.
A few months ago another non-profit merged into us Jeugd&Poezie (Youth and Poetry).
We have had a long and bumpy road of figuring out all the details of how things were positioned digitally considering both companies have existed for over 15+ years causing the IT aspect to be a scattered 9 ways to hell, and non of it easy to understand due to lack of involvement of people that understand the digital landscape.
Today we have received a mail adressed to Jeugd&Poezie asking for the removal of a poem on a free wordpress website https://digitalepoezie.wordpress.com/ apperently owned by Jeugd&Poezie.
This website is so old in fact it wasnt even listed as a website in the merger. This puts us in a bit of a though spot considering we have to uphold the GDPR law but we cannot access nor remove this website without the login details.
I understand you cant straight up give us these but as far as we were able to figure out the
