Lost email adress and password ..

  When I joined WordPress 10 years ago I used a school email address that was supposed Hey,

  I’m sorry to disturb you ( and please forgive me my english is not very well I know that.. ) I have an other website here on wordpress, but I don’t remember my password. When I tried to recover it I check all my email adresses but there is no mails from WordPress even in the spam box… I don’t know what to do and I need help because it’s very important to update this page :-/

  I think my email address was cancelled and now I cannot do a password recovery. Is there any way to save this? Please it’s very important
