lost email followers

  I upgraded to enterprise VIP then I cancelled the upgrade but when I went back to my normal permium http://www.storytweetblog.com my subscribers were gone. How do I identify them again.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Changing your WordPress.com subscriptions has no effect on your subscribers. Where are you seeing that your subscription numbers have changed?

  Have you disconnected any Publicize accounts like Twitter or Facebook?

  Hi there, No I have not disconnected any of th publicize, I had 380 email followers. I upgrade to Entriprise VIP. I did not like it, I found that the pugins I wanted I had to be subscribed to so decided to cancel upgrade to my normal permium wordpress.com account. When it went back to the old format the email followers were no longer attached to my site. I have checked everthing and just can’t see them or find them anywhere anymore.

  Sorry first email probably not very clear I cancelled my Enterprise upgrade and went back to my Premium old format. I had moved for access to more plugins, but did not find it easy to access the plugins I wanted, I needed to subscribe especially theplatform to allow me to upload video which I use a lot in my blog. Anyway my email followers have vanished.

  Hi there,

  I’m so sorry to hear about this. After looking into the blog’s history I found that a Facebook Publicize connected was deleted from the site 3 days ago – which had a little over 390 friends(followers).

  If this connection was deleted you would lose all those followers.

  I know you mentioned that they were 380 email followers, but considering that the numbers are fairly similar to the Facebook followers, I just wanted to be 100% certain before I hand this over to our team for further investigation.

  If they were email followers, please let me know and I’ll have someone look into it right away.

  I did not disconnect the facebook publicize, I still have it. I have over 1,500 friends on facebook so not sure exactly what that you mean?
