Lost Email for my website.wordpress.com account

Hey All-
I have a client I’m working with and he created a website at wordpress.com. He setup the website and it has been indexed in Google.
He doesn’t know what email address he used to setup the WordPress.com account so I’m unable to do a Password Recovery in order to login to the website/WordPress account.
QUESTION
How can I get access to the Admin section of the website.wordpress.com account without knowing the email address associated with the wordpress.com website?GOAL
My end goal is to remove the website from Google’s search engine so it can be replaced with the now self hosted WordPress website I have created for him. -

Your client must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery so you can be contacted by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access. Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
