I thought the associated email was ” (email visible only to moderators and staff) ”I can not remember the email associated with this site.

I can tell you the username of that account is studioperizia, but for security reasons I cannot tell you the email address associated with that account.
I see you’ve requested a login link for that account. Our logs show it is being delivered successfully, so please check all the email accounts you own. Make sure you also check the Spam folder, and if you have a Gmail address, check the Social and Updates tabs as well, as our emails sometimes get routed there.

I tried on 3 different email

(email visible only to moderators and staff)but I can not find anything on spam or on incoming mail
in addition, the last account I thought I had disabled.
in fact I had to reactivate gsuite for 48 hours to check that email.
even after reactivated I tried to recover the password to access the site but nothing comes.in my email I find only the confirmation of purchase of the domain studioperizia.com and gSuite.

None of those email addresses matches the one associated with the account you want to access. Since you have made a purchase (domain and G Suite) from this account, providing us with a transaction ID from your bank or card statement will allow us to help you regain access.
Here’s how to retrieve that transaction ID:

When you find the transaction ID please submit it using the Account Recovery form:

very strange because I only have that email.
if I use the recovery model you indicated to me, I will not start the procedure because I insert one of the 3 emails indicated and tells me “check the spam box because your email is associated and it works”.
but if I do recover wordpress password to access the site, nothing comes to me
if I use one of the known passwords for those 3 emails on wordpress, it does not work!

Hi – Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes the password resets will get stuck in the cache and switching to a different browser temporarily will get the notification to come through. Please give it a try.
As for the account, we aren’t able to tell you what email address is connected or associated with it.

Because you are posting in a public forum, I’ve redacted your email addresses from your above posts since these forums are quickly crawled and indexed by search engines. If you post your email address normally, the forum software will redact it from public view, but Staff will still be able to see it. Thanks!
