Lost emails

  Hi guys.

  I’m having an issue with some of my emails attached to my account. I have lovechix.ca emails but they haven’t been working for the past two days. Could you please contact me to troubleshoot this please via email.

  You can only get support here if your site is actually hosted on WordPress.com servers. The site you mention is hosted by GoDaddy Canada so if that is the site you need help with then you need to reach out to them for assistance.

  Thank you for your response.

  Apparently the email access in through wordpress so Go Daddy told me to contact here first to see if I can regain access to my businesses emails. Currently all emails associated with the business are being bounced back.

  Is there a human available ;)

  We don’t provide email services, and therefore cannot help you access your email.

  Since your domain is directed to GoDaddy, it appears that either they are your email provider, or at least they have a better chance of knowing who is.
