lost everything when WP fee structure changes

I used a third party theme from pixelgrade for my WP website a while ago. I was on a free version of WP. WP changed its fee structure and removed everything I had built. I was not aware about it until lately when I tried to re-develop my website. I am happy to pay the fee version but the theme I had purchased is gone. Tried to contact pixelgrade, they asked me to contact WP. Anyone can help? Thank you

What site are you talking about as you can’t use third party themes on a free wordpress.com site.
